Good news!

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that typhoon Ramil (international name Lupit) turned away from the Philippines and now heads toward Japan.

It didn’t make landfall in Cagayan though the residents experienced storm surge and rains. At least, the third typhoon did not add another burden to our fellowmen hardly hit by typhoon Pepeng.
