oh no…it’s dangerous to swim in flood waters. imagine all kinds of diseases floating around.

it’s very common here in the states too, especially along the Gulf coast region cities like New Orleans and Houston. Houston is one of the largest cities in the U.S, and this happens on a regular basis there. I hope the poor guy made it to safety okay!

This scene is very common in España Boulevard, Manila when heavy rain pours expect floods to occur. Shameful scenery but it’s the reality.
